1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Unica OS Hub (app.unica.ac), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Unica OS Hub provides an autonomous operating system for creators, including CRM tools, automation, community federation, and AI integration services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. For "Bring Your Own Key" (BYOK) features, you are solely responsible for all inference costs billed directly by third-party AI providers (e.g., Anthropic). All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

The Unica OS Hub platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Musitechnic and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data and creations remain your property.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Musitechnic, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes.
